I know there is already a command for sending titles to players, but this plugin makes it way easier to do so, as it saves set timings and the subtitle you configure.

For example you could edit the standard subtitle to be your signature with the following command "/eb subtitle -Shreb"
This way all you have to do is type "/eb send Hello everyone" to greet your players and tell them who the message is from at the same time

Being able to quickly convey information is important, especially on bigger Minecraft servers. That is where this plugin could come in and help out.
By simply typing in a few commands you can edit the config file completely and changes take effect without reloading or restarting your server.
I built in a way for players to "unsubscribe" from titles sent to them by this plugin in case of tense situations or PvP being more important than most messages

Commands:

/eb send <Title>: (Permission: EB.sendBC)
->sends the specified title to all players who have titles switched on

/eb fadein <ticks>: (Permission: EB.editConfig)
->with <ticks>: sets the amount of ticks for the fadein time of the Titles
-> without <ticks>: shows the currently configured amount of ticks

/eb stay <ticks>: (Permission: EB.editConfig)
->with <ticks>: sets the amount of ticks for the stay time of the Titles
-> without <ticks>: shows the currently configured amount of ticks

/eb fadeout <ticks>: (Permission: EB.editConfig)
->with <ticks>: sets the amount of ticks for the fadeout time of the Titles
-> without <ticks>: shows the currently configured amount of ticks

/eb subtitle <Subtitle>: (Permission: EB.editConfig)
->with <Subtitle>: sets the Subtitle to show on sent titles
-> without <ticks>: shows the currently configured subtitle

/eb switchMode: (Permission: none)
-> switches the mode to ignore titles on or off

/eb cancel <all>:
->with <all>: cancels the Titles for everyone on the server
(Permission: EB.cancelTitleAll)
-> without <all>: cancels the title the sending player is currently seeing
(Permission: EB.cancelTitleSelf) (everyone has this by default)
