In this update I've added a TON of robust API methods that you can use in your own BungeeCord plugins!

I've added:

• a fully-featured API you can use at runtime or even shade into your own projects!
• ConfigurationHandler (better one than BungeeCord provides themselves) e801f3a
• user-friendly ServerBuilder e801f3a
• gracefully reconnect players on servers you want to rename e801f3a & 7514ff1
• so much JavaDoc 7514ff1

What this means for users:

• slight stability enhancements
• a human-readable configuration file that you can edit

in the release for this version, I will fix the server listing (turned off for stability testing), add a reload command, and add a "help" command for in-game usage tips!
