Real-world Day/Night Cycle Control: You can now toggle the real-world day/night cycle for all worlds. If it's disabled, the plugin will focus on updating the weather of your chosen city.

✅ Fixed Day/Night Cycle: The day/night cycle has been resolved, providing a more realistic gameplay experience.

Set API Key and City In-Game: Now you can configure the API Key and City directly in-game, without needing to edit the configuration file.

️ New Commands and Permissions: We've added new commands to view the current city and modify it in-game. Additionally, permissions have been introduced to provide precise control over command usage.
