Fixed error if item dont have custom model data

added minimessage support in lang

Fixed and added:

"colors." + code + ".permission"
to add a need permission to the item

"config.inv-suffix"

to add a suffix to the inventory
useful to custom fonts like oraxen or ItemsAdder

This fix a little error
