Everything is back to normal

Decided to put the dupe plugin back to its simpler form, had issues and I don't have the time to fix them

Forgot to mention, all messages support hex colors

Added some upgrades to the system and how it runs, also with a few upgrades to config.yml.

Fixed Bug with /setundupe

You can now hold and item and do /setundupe to make your held item undupable.
