Prefix, Suffix, Grant, and Ungrant now available from console. However, prefix and suffix commands only work on online users.

dsTitle now hooks directly into LuckPerms to grant/ungrant perms from online players. Offline players may bug out sometimes, and luckperms and vault may throw an error. If this happens repeatedly to you, set 'vault-unsafe-lookups' to true in your LuckPerms config.
