Updated to 1.21.4

Added new commands:
- /dropsoverhaul addblock <block> - Adds block to dropsoverhaul block list
- /dropsoverhaul removeblock <block> - Removes block from list
- /dropsoverhaul list - Lists blocks in dropsoverhaul list

Fixed an issue where config files were getting reset after restart.

This update we have 1.20.6 support, and a few bug fixes:

• Fixed an issue where unbreaking pickaxes had too high of a break chance, matched vanilla
• Fixed an issue where if the inventory is full, and there is a single ItemStack of the correct block, the itemstack will now get filled.

DropsOverhaul is back after a long time waiting.

- Updated to 1.19.3
- Players can no longer mind stone and other blocks that require pickaxe with fists
- Long-time Damage value bug has been fixed, items will now stack perfectly.
