removed PlayerQuit event, and replaced it with another section of code in the Timer, getting rid of annoying bug

hopefully fixed some bugs

now the timer runs asynchronously, nothing else has changed

I have rewritten some parts of my previously janky code, and now the plugin supports any amount of swapping players, not just one pair
