Tweaked some code.
Added configs for:
drop dragon head
drop dragon egg
random chance for drop
broken elytra drop
Added command /dde reload, to reload the configs, with the added permission dde.op to allow usage of the command.
Added language support for en_US, nl_NL, lol_US, fr_FR, de_DE, zh_CN, cs-CZ, pt_BR
Switched from mcstats to bstats.
