This is what it has come to... Updating a plugin I haven't touched in three years.

Changes

• Due to internal setup changes, the plugin no longer supports Minecraft versions below 1.17.
  • Even though 1.17(.1) can be run with Java 16, the plugin only supports Java 17 or above.

Fixes

• Fixed the tab completion of /dragonphases.
• Added periods to all error messages produced by /dragonphases.
• Added periods to the descriptions of the /dragonphases command and its permission.

Changes to the code. Practically nothing changed.

Reduced the plugin's file size dramatically. Functionality and everything is still the same, but the invalid phase message in the config is probably useless now.
