Expands the vanilla enderchest storage to 54 slots (the same amount as a vanilla doublechest)

It also transfers your players items in their original enderchest to this new enderchest automatically when they join.

Permissions:
echest.admin - gives access to the /echest command (operators have it by default)

Commands:
/echest <player> - view and edit other players enderchests
