Added the ability to put a server icon!
Two commands have been added:
/motd setplayers <number>, which sets the maximum value of players on the server,
/motd setline1/setline2 <motd>, which changes one of the motd lines

A few days later I noticed that there is no right to the /dmotd command, that is, anyone could restart the plugin, but I added the right to reboot!
