Fixes the Grappling Hook item and now works fine

Adds two new swords the TNT sword and Astral Cutter
They both teleport you but the TNT sword also has tnt

Use /Divineitem instead of /dupitem

Adds support addon "Duppets"
This adds the first version for https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/duppets.111730/

RIGHT NOW there is only three items the "Super Sword", "Super Wand"
and "TP Stick".

Super Sword: TP you any were you look

Super Wand: Summons lighting were you look

TP Stick: if you are very close to the player you tp to them and they take damage if you are to far you take damage
