Ive done some bug fixing:
Fixed: When Inventory is full, book not beeing spawned

Added: Update Notification if Update is avaiable, can be disabled in Config

-FIXED: Fixed bug, when enchanting something and inventory is full, item not showing up in inventory

Ive added a reload command for the config file, permission disenchant.reload

Ive implemented the XP and Permission system in the Config file

It works!

but without XP, and no GUI

just type /disenchant
it will ask for another confirmation
type /disenchant confirm
