Disenchant allows you to convert an enchanted item into an enchantment book

How to:
Hold the enchanted item in your off hand, and the disenchantment book in your main hand.
Right click to open the disenchantment book.
A menu will appear. You can click confirm or cancel, and the item you are about to disenchant will be in visible the middle so you can make sure you’re disenchanting the correct item.
Click confirm to disenchant the item. Click cancel to close the menu.
The disenchantment book will be replaced with an enchanted book containing the enchantment(s) that were on the item.
The newly created enchantment book will also be labeled in the lore with the username of who disenchanted it. (Disabling this is configurable in the config by setting enableItemTagging to false)

Recipe:
The disenchantment book is crafted with 8 glowstone dust surrounding a book in a crafting table.
( This may be configurable in future versions)


Configuration:
Drop the Disenchant jar file into your plugins folder then restart your server
The config.yml will generate in the Disenchant-2 folder in your plugins folder.

Default Config:
Either restart your server or reload the config with the command below to apply changes.

Commands
Use /disenchant reload to reload the config and apply changes.
Use /disenchant givebook {player} {quantity} to spawn disenchantment books

Permissions
disenchant.reload set to OP by default.
disenchant.givebook set to OP by default
