It is a very good plugin and offers a very complete mechanics, more than anything for role-playing servers, so here is my suggestion that implies that you can put a custommodeldata to each item, be it syringes, remedies, and even rats to that they could be rats with a realistic model, this would make the plugin much more immersive

It's a good plugin, with good features, but some features could be implemented, such as a remedy to cure various diseases, customization of the colors of the remedy potions, among others. Another important point is the lack of support from the plugin developers, since when we need help, we go to discord and no one answers us to help.

Great plugin for survival, recommend it for some kind of medival survival server. But however , i can't create doctor sign eventhough i 've checked all the compatibility

The plugin is and works great! Having the health GUI helps a lot the players to understand their current state regarding the diseases, the only thing is that not all messages are translatable, hope this can be updated soon.

Other than that, great resource to add that extra layer of difficulty to the server, many thanks for this great resource!

Hi, so far I'm loving the plugin. I have a few questions though. I installed the current version from prior of 4.0 and the diseases don't show in the config (nor do they work), as well the diseases shown in the 4.0 sneak aren't visible. I thought deleting and reinstalling the plugin would fix this, unfortunately I was incorrect. I'm quite intrigued by the 4.0 sneak and would like to begin using said diseases. I also wanted to ask, I use a plugin called RealisticSeasons, would there be any possibility in adding support for this plugin? So that I may combine both their temp rates and use the temperature abilities from your plugin.

Great plugin, extremely complete and straightforward setup. However, messages are barely customizable (specifically anything related to GUIs and command outputs), which alongside with the absence of placeholders makes it really difficult to correctly implement into a server.

The plugin is amazing and pretty easy to follow in config. However, after setting "cureOnDeath" to true, players are still respawning with their disease.

This plugin is very good it worked pretty well imediatly but i do have one question on how to make it so people on the server can actually craft remedys if anyone knows i would like to know how to fix this problem.

great plugin, but infected players only make sounds, they have no visual displays, also, i cant seem to get a broken leg even with a 100% chance. i would have given a 4 star review, but ever since i got the plague the game is now unplayable, i have tried re-installing the plugin, and deleting the config, I've even tried deleting my player data from the server, but even after i was cured, i get instant damage 2, nausea 4 and slowness 4 for 30 seconds. and it comes back after i die. the only way i found to play the game now, was to play in creative mode or "god" mode (impervious to everything, even /kill while still being in survival)

Great plugin, unfortunately doesn't support custom biomes so I can't use Terralith with it (the custom biomes just have a default temperature value of 25°C) other than that, very fun to play with.

The server on the paper 1.18.2. Natural infection does not work. In the debug, he writes: "player not infected - checking for infections chances...player - already infected - returning" but it's not. The chance is high. Is there anything we can do about it?

Doesnt work anymore. Last time it worked fine was on 1.12.2. It doesnt work on 1.17.1 and 1.18.1. 1.17.1 is even worse. but on 1.18.1 all that works is temperature. we tried to get broken legs, wounds, chickenpox and tried to infect another player with plague from a player. so you cant get any disease, any wounds, nothing, even if you set the chances higher or on 100%. you can give it via command and the sickness level raises, you puke and die on it, thats it. wonderful... but you cant infect others, you cant get it naturally... sad :(

I've always really loved this plugin, it's absolutely amazing, but I've been trying to get it to work on our 1.17.1 Spigot Minecraft server using Disease version 4.1.1 and it doesn't seem to work correctly. I've tried to infect myself by falling, getting attacked by zombies, and sitting in the nether for a while now and nothing is happening. My temperature doesn't change even though it says it's being affected by ambience, theres only five diseases total, yet I remember there being much more including Whooping Cough and Rabies, whenever I use the command /disease infect (name) BrokenLeg, it says I have been infected with BrokenLeg yet I don't have slowness or any kind of effects, and my sickness never goes up. Can you please help me out? Thanks.

Seems like an extremely cool and interesting plugin, however, I can't seem to get it to work. Nothing happens when a player is infected, and the remedies don't seem to work at all. I'm probably just too dumb to figure it out, but if anyone wants to help me out, it would be greatly appreciated. I am spigot 1.16.5 and running java 15.

HELP!!! On 1.16.5 Temperature system works vice versa. On Taiga temp grows, on desert don't change or gradiently falls. Temp details in biomes is correct. But it not affected on "temp" variable.
I have installed 4.0.0 version but it is doesn't change. I don't know what I hawe to do :(

Awesome bro! But I can't translate it completly, it will be very weird if my players read: "Plague: Fever, sickness, vomiting it's cure is: Jarabe amargo" or "Has sido infectado con Flesh Wound". I can't use it because I can't translate all of the strings :(

Fantastic plugin I recomend it. Also is frequently updated and useful in roleplay servers (such as mine) or normal survival servers as well. I suggest adding the possibility to create your own disease. You could make a cause event and then a effect event and maybe the possibility to execute commands as well

I liked your plugin very much. But I think you could make a different permission node for "/disease remedy give" instead of using "disease.remedy". I made a permission group for doctors and I want to allow the use of "/disease remedy list" and "/disease remedy <remedy>", but I can't allow it because it turns on the give command too.

Is it possible to add immunity permits to all diseases and injuries? or what would they be? is that I would like some ranges to be immune to breaking legs or anything else.

I love this plugin, it's really cool and well made but I can't seem to get the disease system working. I can use the temperature system, and it works fine but I just can't seem to get sick. I can use the infect command, but I'm unable to naturally get sick. But broken leg, flesh wounds and arrow wounds work, but none of the diseases. No console errors, I'm not op, running spigot 1.12.2 and disease 2.7.3. I'm also using the following plugins: Thirst, Crackshot, Custom recipes, BarAPI, Essentials, MythicMobs and scoreboard stats. Is there any fix?

Really cool plugin. But currently staff has to fix the pox on players because if they get it, the craft for sweetbrine doesnt exist. So noone can make the cure for anybody. Please fix, other than that it is a awesome plugin!

Excellent, however, what version do I use for 1.9 Spigot? Recently changed my server version and diseases is partially broken.

Great addition to our server! Been using since April this year! Has a couple of odd things, such as the sun beats down, when you are actually at Y level 6 with Lava pools hahaha, but that doesn't effect game play.

I did notice that your SweetBrine crafting picture was incorrect compared to your default config.
In the picture, it shows you using Melon Seeds but in the config, it just says Seeds, easy fix though!

As a suggestion, it would be useful to make a reload command for this plugin and your thirst plugin.

I love this plugin. You should add health insurance with daily premiums :P. Kidding aside once my players got used to it, they enjoy the challenge.

Definitely one of my favourite plugins of all time.
I run a new survival server, that plays into making the game harder than it normally is.
This really adds a great level of difficulty and a more RPG feel to the server.

I love the ability to customize the medicine to my liking. As someone in school to become a medical assistant, it's great that I can customize them to add immersion by adding realism to the remedies. My only request is adding a link to a list of item values the plugin will accept for the item recipes to the plugin page, thanks in advance.

I wish you could add a Item that can test you and tell you what disease you have (maybe that is already Implemented in I am just do blind to see XD). Just one weird thing: My Server keeps asking me, if it is up to date but I am using the latest version.....

I've been using this plugin for a while now, well since 1.8 and its great, only Issue I have after updating to 1.10 people get a flesh wound or broken leg and they are automatically cured within about 10 sec. how can I change this?

I use this on my server, and although the players were wary at first this mechanic has added a new depth that is making things much interesting.

It's good, but i'm a owner of a server. I have permission to everything (*). And i can't get any disease, i request an option to disable some permissions. (idk how to explain)

not 100% sure if you know or not, but it seems that 1.9.5 of disease gives you null for everything, please let me know if this is just me...

Hello, I noticed that in November adventure mode bug was supposed to be fixed, however I am still having this bug where players in adventure can not cure themselves... any ideas? thanks!

hmmm.... could I maybe suggest a way so you could turn on and off your immunity in case you have it so maybe you can turn it off if you want too, for example maybe a donator with the permission wants to play like the others with no immunity to all of the diseases.

What a great plugin! Makes game play much more exciting. I would like to see more variations of diseases added to future releases (like flu? around chicken and pigs for example). And a setting where you can set the height at which you can break bones.

I love this plugin. I use it with thirst. Together they offer a better simulation experience that Minecraft doesn't have. It would be nice if the prefix is changeable. Anyway, great job!

Awesome plugin! My players love it. One of my staff had an awesome idea maybe you could work on for a future update.

Perhaps you could add a healthcare package for the plugin. Basically, users can purchase an optional healthcare package per week, which will cover all health issues for the week (real week not minecraft week) so any issues they have will be cured for a customizable price. Perhaps even the ability to have multiple packages which will be customizable by the system admin.

I love this plugin, it adds a whole new level of difficulty to minecraft, perfect for those players that think the classic survival mode is way to easy, and i am also thinking in adding a zombie survival world like day z to my server so i can kill 2 birds with one stone. Keep up the great work :3

I do have some suggestions. It would be nice if you could add damage by arrows, so they start bleeding or something. And well a little thing if it's not too much, you'll see, my server is mexican so the users speak spanish and well, i would like to change the language of the recipes info, i know that i can change the messages lore but not the info of the recipes. If you could add that it would be awesome.

The plugin is great! however players can not be cured in gamemode adventure for some reason. Is there a way to fix this? also can I disable rabies? I'm not a fan of people turning into wolves

Aside from a couple of grammatical errors, this plugin is absolutely perfect. I'm enjoying the temperature system so far and continue to look forward to advancement.

Overall, a fantastic plugin and a definite must for any PvE survival server! Had some minor issues related to how the data is stored. Would strongly encourage down the road to take things to the next level and make MySQL an option.

Excellent plugin, but could you add a lang.yml? So it would be possible to change names, messages and etc

Cons: A few bugs here and there in the current version regarding potion names as well as deleting potions from chests and inventories when updating versions. A lot of the text formatting seems like it didn't have much proof reading and looks slightly unprofessional as a result.

Pros: Excellent execution of an illness and disease concept that adds a little more challenge, cooperation, and suspense into a Minecraft server. Research was done well when giving the diseases symptoms and allusions to real world conditions in harsh environments. Scoreboard system could include the name of the player's current illness for good measure but is otherwise very handy. The cures are neither too easy nor too difficult to craft giving a good balance. Overall, very fun addition.

I hope this review was in no way offensive, I think this is a fantastic plugin and would like to see it improve where it falls short to become even better.

So Far my players are loving the plugins :D if we use itwith npcs to sell the items better! Awsome Plugin. Nº1 to my server !
