Added support upto 1.21.10

New Features:
- Ability to add a severity level to commands via the severity.yml
- Ability to disable thumbnails on the logging

Additional Information:
- Refracted the entire plugin to be more robust and optimized to apply additional changes

Bug Fix:
- Corrected a misconfiguration from the default config

New:
- Added a Command Blacklist so you can disable certain commands logging to discord (Command: /discspy blacklist <add/remove> <command>
- Added more granular permissions so there is more control over which commands people have access too

Bug Fix:
- Fixed an issue where /discspy logger wouldn't actually update the config.yml

Alterations:
- To improve performance I have altered the messaging system to run Asynchronously
