Fixes the /dxdebug command

After ~2 months of inactive development, I have finally brought back DiscordX into my current projects list.
This update fixes the issue where messages that would not show up in game chat would still show up in the Discord chat.
An example of this is when a plugin asks you to type a message in chat for an option, but it is not shown to all players.
This update is recommended for all users.

Added a check for the @everyone and @here ping.

Temporarily removed advancements due to many bugs caused by them.

Fixed the weird green empty embeds
