Fixes compatibility with latest (1.27.0) version of DiscordSRV.

• Added support for FastAsyncWorldEdit's per-player schematic feature.
• Fixed an issue with config values not being saved after updating if they contained colons.

The ability to cancel upload of a schematic if it contains certain blocks/entities/messages/commands etc was added but the implementation was really terrible and caused a lot of lag so that'll be on the next update instead.

- Added a configurable naming scheme for schematics.

An update with support for FAWE's per-player schematics will be released hopefully within the next few weeks.

Fixes a potential exploit in the schematic uploading system. Huge thanks to Segurad for bringing this to my attention.

- Added a config option to delete the upload command and attached schematic once processed.
- Added support for schematic upload channels, where any schematic uploaded will be automatically processed without needing to be in a command.
N.B. All versions of the plugin are fully compatible with 1.16, 1.17 and 1.18

Added a channel whitelist/blacklist feature, which can be enabled and configured in config.yml.

Added a command (/discordschematicuploader reloadconfig) to reload the plugin's configuration.

Added the ability to overwrite existing schematics when uploading (only roles in upload-command-allowed-to-overwrite will be allowed to do so)

The upload and download commands can now be executed in any channel!

Makes allowed role checks less API intensive.
