Left a debug message on tab completion.

Implemented a parser that more closely resembles discord's markdown parsing!

Added plugin config -> enabling/disabling commands, changing parser type

The old parser uses regex fully and was a little finicky at times. With the new parser, expect little to no funny formatting problems.

Please do note that Discord's markdown parsing has different behavior each markdown format type, and I didn't exactly bother to reverse engineer.
