Fixed that when u use /papi reload it brokes the plugin

New Config option, notification, is a boolean to enable, disable the notification message in the console

[+] When you dont setup the token or the guild id correctly now the plugin sends a message to the console and disables the plugin instead of giving an error and disabling the plugin

If u only want human or bot count instead of %discordplaceholders_guild_member_count% now you can use the new %discordplaceholders_guild_member_count_human% or %discordplaceholders_guild_member_count_bot%
