Hello all,

The changelog for this release:
- Added a version number.
- Added support for every version above 1.8.
- Translated the plugin's description to english.
- Added a disable message.
- Used the plugin's logger instead of the system's one, also removing the nag messages.
- Refactored the whole project and named everything properly.
