Disable friendly fire for Clans -----
Prevents players from hitting each other if they are in the same clan- This release fixes that it was previously possible to hit a friend with an arrow
- Added per world support
- Activate "PerWorld.Enabled" in the config.yml
- Added caching
- It can be disabled under "Cache.Use"
- Fixed a problem with spigot 1.7.10
