Description
This is a very simple plugin intended as a game mechanic mod / utility. The idea is to allow server owners to prevent breeding of certain mob types while still keeping doMobGriefing set to true in the gamerules

Features
- Add mob types to the list of disabled mobs to prevent them from breeding
- Set disable-all: true to prevent all mob breeding
- Sends an informational message to the player when the breeding is prevented
- /disablebreeding reload command to update the list of mobs without requiring a server restart
