added the option portalInsideDelay in config.yml to set custom delay to spawn the inside of the portal in order to fix specific cases where teh portals fail to properly show

Updated plugin to work in "development mode" while the server has less than 10 players. After that, it will require a full restart to load the addons again.

Development mode is basically the full version of the plugin without having to pay while you are working on your server. (aka you have to pay the full version if you want to go live)

The warning for dimensions demo will only appear for the first 5 players that join
