Added luckperms integration for the MaxShops function, allowing different groups to have different values, set in the config

Made "enough" value reset after purchase, so out of stock functions

If you put MaxShops as 0 or below, the text will no longer trigger
- Max shop amount introduced in a new config
- The first sale of a full chest will no longer not give a diamond
- Fixed an issue that prevented diamonds from being deposited when buying any even stack of items
- Diamonds will now stack when selling to allow for more hopper refill compatibility and easier removal
Fixed an issue requiring players to both have items and have no items in order to make a shop
- Added a couple more error lines to correctly display issues
- Added version name into .jar file name
- Stacks that directly divide into 64 no longer need an extra slot for room to buy
- Players cannot buy items with a full inventory
- Removed the ability to take items from a shop with redstone (to prevent stealing)
- You can now have a shop have more than 64 items selling at a time!
Now is compatible with plugins that change names such as ranks or nicks, must put original name.
- No character limit on signs, if you fill it out all the way it will search for an item that contains those characters. EX = Firework_Rock now searches for items with that in the name.
- Tested all the way back to 1.13
- Chests out of items will now only say "Out of stock" instead of also saying "Out of items"
- Shops no longer delete diamond spent
- Shops cannot be blown up
