Adds deepslate diamond ore, for 1.17

Cleans up the code and adds a new message that tells OPs or the players that have diamondbrokemessage.updatemessage if there is an update available to the plugin.

6.0 cleaned up the code and added and modified the message that will be sent on the server, with a new ChatComponent that, when you hover over a message it will tell you the location where that player broke the diamond ore, like this.

This update adds an option in config.yml to only broadcast the message to the console.
Also this update adds a new command called /diamondbrokemessage reload that reloads the config.yml.
When you type /diamondbrokemessage reload it will display this, /diamondbrokemessage reload IS NOT SUPPOSED to appear and it will be fixed in a future update.

This release brings the option to modify the message that will be sent in the chat and to the console, in a basic config.yml.

Changed my IDE to IntelliJ and cleaned up the code.

Version 3.0 cleans the code a little bit and makes it easier to understand.
