Adds custom and advanced announce system in your server.

Main commands:
/demonannouncements - Shows a list with command and info how to plugin works.
Alliases: /da
Permission: demonannouncements.use

/demonannouncements reload - Reload the config of the plugin.
/demonannouncements setup - Change up the config through commands .

/announce - Announce a message to your whole server.
Alliases: /ane
Permission: demonannouncements.announce
Usage: /announce <message>

2.0 UPDATE:

1. New Setups which you can switch between in a GUI

2. Change up the config through a simple command

3. Reload through a command and a GUI + Confirm menu
