DeliveryMan is a simple but powerful Hypixel-like reward system. You can create, edit and remove menus / rewards without stopping the server, and it has MySQL support.

Now, what exactly is Deliveryman? well, its a plugin that allows you to have your players claim rewards based on the money they have, a set amount of time, or both! You can VERY easily create new rewards, and reuse them over all the menus that you decide to create. Rewards can include messages sent to the player, or commands executed. But you can also create "cosmetic" menu items, that allow you to create items in the menu that are not rewarding, but are still clickable only if you want them to be.

Permissions:

• deliveryman.menu.<the name of the menu>.
  deliveryman.menu.default for the default menu
• deliveryman.reload to reload all the files
