HOW TO USE
First of all u need install lucky perms plugin and set some permissions to default group: /lp group default permission set minecraft.debugstick true and /lp group default permission set minecraft.debugstick.always true
First command make that users without OP can use debug stick, and second allows users with survival mode use debug stick.
