Hey everyone,

I have re-coded like 90% of the plugin to make it more modern and easier to update in the future. I've spent many hours getting it to this stage where I feel it is ready for all you guys.

Note: It is best if you re-generate the config.yml and messages.yml if you're updating from an older version as I've fixed a few typos and added an extra message or two into the messages.yml

Note: I have changed the permission omegadeath.deathprice to omegadeath.penaltyBypass. When players are given this permission, they will bypass any penalty effects. By Default now all players will receive the penalty effects when they are enabled, unless they have the bypass permission.
