i have finally updated DeathTP to 1.20.x

The plugin now displays the correct plugin version of 1.0.14

updated resources for 1.19.3 and some 1.16.5 resources which might fix the error that some people have had pop up every hour and caused lag on older Minecraft versions

this version should make it so you have to have the permission node in order to use the command /dback

i have not personally tested it myself so if it doesnt work please let me know and ill fix it.

Fixed config.yml load error.
the config.yml will now load when you install DeathTP

i have added the ability to use custom messages for some of the messages used in the plugin in config.yml (Thanks to flash_btw for this suggestion)

in the next update i plan to clean the code up and add the ability to use custom messages for message in the plugin just have to wait for me to get spare time.
also ill add 1.16.2 support
