Quality of Life Update
- Made it so that the plugin will tell you if your plugin is out of date
- Added a permission to handle who can see the plugin update message:

- Recoded all commands
- Recoded the tab handler for commands
- Fixed an issue where mobs wouldn't show up in the chat as their formatting
- Fixed issue where there would be messages showing up twice (for spigot users)
- Completely recoded how the plugin handles when the player is killed by an entity
- Fixed the issue where the colors would be off for messages with " 's " in them
- Fixed issue with DiscordSRV not being able to see the custom death messages sent to chat
