The 1.14-1.15 jar already works for 1.16 so I've renamed the jar file to match
Added EffectLib 6.4 Update

First one didn't work it re-uploaded old one for some reason. This is the correct zip

1.14-1.15.2 had wrong config file.

This update includes a jar for support 1.14-1.15
EffectLib is now no longer embedded in the jars
EffectLib 6.2 comes included in zip
