To start with, could you give us your discord to make it easier for us to exchange proposals because I have a few you did not fully understand my proposal to add permissions and the possible percentage of return of items, for example
1.deathdroppercent.default = and here we set the given percentage of return
2.deathdroppercent.vip = and here we set a given percentage of return
3.deathdroppercent.svip = and here we set the given percentage of return, etc. etc.
And so that you can set a pair of such permissions depending on the ranks

And you could add that items from curse of vanishing also do not remain in the player's inventory after death (as a return of items), because now they do not fall on the ground, but remain after death.

it would be nice if you added the ability to drop an item with a given permission and block the keep of some items, and add an option in the plugin to prevent items with the curse of vanishing from falling out

The plugin is good, but you could consider adding it to lower versions, for example 1.18
