- Fix issue with multiverse worlds not being properly detected

- Add support for spaces in command (like /warp pizza)
- Death world support (config has to be like this : deathWorldName%command, so for example world_nether%back means that anyone who dies in the world_nether cannot use /back command for defined cooldown in config - World name is case sensitive!)
- By default, if no world no is specific, the blacklisted command will be applied to all worlds
- Added a death history by world (meaning that the cooldown will stay even if you die repeatly in another world)
- Small performance improvements
