More F*cking bug fixes...

The plugin should now be working immedietly without needing a reload of the server, from this point on everything added will just be for fun. Remember if you just want the core functionality of the plugin, There is a lite version in the additional information section of the plugin download

Fixed /deathboard Permissions list, command
Fixed big where if a player was not in the world, and you started the server you would get an error

Just a simple update with minor bug fixes

Fixed a problem where you start the server and the plugin gives you an error.

Future Update: The /deathboard Permissions list
That command will be fixed.
