Death Chest -----
Spawns a chest when the player dies in buildable regionsNow the chests will save when the server restarts/reloads.
With this update the chest doesn't dissappear anymore when the server restarts/reloads. The chest will save in the "saved-chest.yml" in the data folder of the plugin and will load again when the server starts.
