Dead by Moonlight - Blindness -----
A simple DbM module which gives every Player the Blindness Potion Effect.Dead by Moonlight 1.7.1 changed the event system, which means an update to this module was necessary.
Also fixed a bug which let disconnected Survivors remain blinded.
Some changes made in DbM 1.6 made it necessary to change this module a bit.
