Seems to work as intended. I was just wondering if you could make hideParticles:true for the speed?

As an example for the in-game command (probably different for a plugin though)

/effect give PlayerName minecraft:speed 1 1 true

Hides particles and the icon at the top right.

I'll find out how Essentials' /speed command works.
