Added a command to view given items. Now all commands are registered in plugin.yml.

New command to give custom tools, carpets, totems of undying:
/givecustomtool
/givecustomcarpet
/givecustomtotem

The name of the plugin has been changed in some places (for example, where com.yourname.mycustomblockplugin became com.winwpro.customtextures). This was done for the plugin to work correctly.
