CustomMobs is a powerful plugin that lets you create fully customizable mobs in Minecraft with no coding required! Whether you're designing RPG-style bosses, tamable pets, or special creatures, this plugin puts mob creation in your hands with a sleek & easy-to-use GUI.

Commands [argument] {optional}

• /custommobs (or /cm) » Opens the main GUI
• /custommobs reload » Reloads the plugin's configuration.
• /custommobs help » Shows the link to the CustomMob's documentation.
  
• /custommobs give [player] [mob] [spawner/item] {quantity} » Gives the custom mob spawner / egg to the specified player (with the quantity when specified, 1 by default).
• /custommobs summon [mob] {coordinates} » Summons the custom mob on the specified coordinates (or on the player if no coordinates are specified).
  
• /custommobs silk-spawner {on/off} » Toggles the spawner recovery with silk touch pickaxes.

Permissions

• custommobs.admin – Full access to the plugin's commands.
• custommobs.config – Reloading of the configuration (and showing the help).

Installation

1. Download and place the .jar file in your Spigot/Paper [1.21+] plugins folder.
2. Restart or reload your server.
3. Use /custommobs to open the GUI and start building mobs!

Configurations

• The config.yml file can be used to edit most messages of the plugin, although they should be fine for most servers by default.
• The custom-effects-messages.yml can be used to edit the messages displayed when the custom effects are triggered.
• You may also try and edit the custom mobs files, but using the GUI is highly encouraged and much easier. We recommend creating example mobs to get a template before trying to do it manually by yourself.

Developer API
CustomMobs triggers custom events to help developers hook into the plugin and add special behaviors on custom mob spawn or death.

• CustomMobSpawnEvent » Triggered on the spawn of a CustomMob.
• CustomMobDeathEvent » Triggered on the spawn of a CustomMob.
  
• CustomMobs.getPlugin().getMobAPI("MobFilename") » Gets the important information about a CustomMob from it's name.
