I mean, the plugin does what it says, but it has an unremovable watermark in chat, and it's still kinda buggy. The 2 stars is mainly for the watermark, like cmon now. The main bug is that when you do the command, the server doesn't recognize it and it does the "command unknown, type /help" etc etc.

Excellent plugin! But what if I just wanted to create a command that displays a message to the server member? The "command" parameter is mandatory. How could I make a simple message command, without using the "command" parameter?
