The CI server is just going down so I figured I'd upload the jar directly to prevent future issues

Fixes an issue with the config version not setting properly

If you have somehow installed this plugin already, please remove your "Alert" folder, it will generate it itself.

For some reason CI will not stick with a version, so I had to manually go in and fix that. Should work now if you try. Any issues? Join the discord, or email me!
