Hello!

This update allows the usage of this plugin for 1.16.4.

This plugin will place a custom npc that will not spawn until a user places a random amount of blocks. The "thief", once spawned at random, will then steal the players inventory and run away. Don't worry the players will get their loot back once he is killed! Each hit on the npc will also give additional rewards! Once the npc is finally killed all previous loot is restored plus additional rewards. Let it be known that this NPC only runs away and will not damage players.
