First of all what is pickup priority and how does this works? Pickup priority decides who has priority to take an item first. In vanilla minecraft it works in a way who first joined the server. For instance Player2 joined server and after him Player1 joined. Player2 has higher pickup priority because he is the first in the list. This plugin fixes this so pickup priority will be randomized. Pickup priority list will shuffle every 1 tick by default. You can change it in config 'shuffleTime' to whatever time you want (time in ticks). If you set negative number or 0 then pickup priority list won't shuffle. This plugin should work from 1.9 to 1.19.4 but there is can be bugs somewhere because plugin was tested on those versions. /pickuppriority get - shows to you current pickup priority list
/pickuppriority set <player name> <position> - move the player to a different position in the list
/pickuppriority shuffle - force pickup priority list shuffle
