A simple, configurable NPC plugin.

Some customizations you can make are:

• Names longer than 16 characters
• Colored names
• Interaction commands
• Skins
• Armor and Items
• Persistence (Temporary, only while server session is up, or persisting through server restart.)
• Looking at players
• Looking back to a certain direction
