Custom message for disconnecting and joining the server with additional features.A message that couldn't be edited in config.yml has been fixed.

All player join/leave messages are stored in the file 'player-custom-messages.yml' under the player's UUID. The UUID of each player can be found using '/cjqr info <nick>'.
