This Update is mostly just 1.17 Support

The only notable changes for this release is the Event PlayerClickCustomHeadEvent which gets called when a Head from the Plugin is clicked and that you can get a Head via the category id and head id. You can also create Firework Batteries via createFireworkBattery now.

Welp heres a early Version of 3.0.0 since there were so many Issues with buying Heads and some Texture Bugs
