(Assigning Enchantments)
Best way I have found to assign the enchantments to items is by hard-coding them into custom commands and adding them under lore. (haven't quite figured out NBTAPI yet so the enchantments don't exactly have levels I hard coded some levels for some enchantments in another version but it's kind of annoying and looks messy and takes too much space) the enchants are all just basic PotionEffects with a few oddballs thrown in there.(only one enchantment has multiple levels at the moment and its healthboost)

(Enchantments List)
ArmorPlate - Gives the player damage resistance when wearing the item.
Crushing - Gives the player boosted damage for a few hits randomly (meant for axes can be used for any weapon currently)
Execute - Same thing as crushing just a little less damage and for swords
Health Boost 1 2 3 - Just as it says in the name this allows the player to equip a piece of armor and get more hearts
Jump - gives the player jump boost when wearing armor with the enchantment active.
Lavawader - gives the player fire resistance
Lifesteal - when the player hits another player he can gain a boost of health back from hitting the player with his sword with the enchantment active
Overboost - when the player is low enough HP he will recover with some absorption and regeneration (kind of overpowered but you can kill the player)
Shield - Should conflict with overboost (gives the player absorption hearts permanently)
Speed - Gives the player speed boost when wearing the armor with this enchantment
Stormbringer - strikes lightning at the affected player and deals a small amount of damage.
